Who this site’s writers can help

Account, deposit and withdrawal questions
Open the lobby, find the live chat, and ask there. The operator is the only party that can see your account, change it or move funds. Have your username and the time of the transaction ready, and keep a screenshot of any error message.

If a page here misstates a figure, the right route is a written correction to the writers. No channel exists yet, so there is nothing to print: this page will list the channel as soon as one is published, and the page will say so in place of a promise.
