Licences the studio holds

The registry entry for JILI reads PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). A studio licence differs from an operator licence: it applies to the company producing the games and not to the casino offering them, and a player’s recourse goes through the operator’s regulator, not the studio’s.
