The thing most often got wrong here

Between a PAGCOR operator licence and a PAGCOR EGLD listing lies the difference that counts most on these pages. PAGCOR has signed off on a studio’s game content for use by the operators it licenses, and that sign-off is what an EGLD listing means. The studio does not hold a licence through it, and it tells you nothing about any casino carrying those games.
