A withdrawable balance is the part of your total that the cashier will pay out right now, and it runs lower than the total whenever something is holding the difference. The hold is almost always one of five things, and each one has a fix you can act on today. Start with how turnover locks a balance until a target is met, since it is the most common cause by far.

Every figure below is a made-up example. The real amounts, multipliers and caps for your account are in the rules page of the promotion you took and on the cashier screen in the JILICC lobby.

Why your withdrawable balance is lower than the total

The total is everything credited to the account. The withdrawable part is what is free of every condition. Say the lobby header shows 3,000, and the cashier shows 800 withdrawable.

Match your own screens to that picture, then find your cause below.

Cause one: the turnover target is not finished

Problem

The credited amount and its winnings stay locked and the cashier shows only your own money.

Fix

Work out what is left of the target and stake it on games that count. The arithmetic is on how to compute turnover on a balance: base times multiple, minus qualifying stakes. Check the cashier for the remaining figure after each session.

For example, a 10,000 target with 6,500 staked leaves 3,500, which is 175 spins at 20.

Cause two: a payout cap trims what is released

Problem

The target is finished, yet the withdrawable figure is smaller than the balance.

Fix

Read the promotion’s rules for a ceiling on what can be paid out. A maximum cashout meaning in plain terms explains how the cap works, and the part above it is void by design. Request what is withdrawable and do not wait for the rest.

Say the cap is 5x a 200 credited amount: 5 × 200 = 1,000. A balance of 4,000 from that credit pays 1,000, and no further staking changes that.

Cause three: your stakes did not count in full

Problem

You have staked far more than the target, but the remaining figure barely moved.

Fix

Check the game list in the rules. Games that count in part or not at all add little or nothing. Switch to a game the rules list as counting in full and compare the remaining figure after a few rounds.

Excluded0%0

Cause four: a rule breach voided part of the balance

Problem

A section of the credited amount or its winnings disappeared after one session.

Fix

Open the rules and compare the stake you used with the stated cap. If you broke it, the balance is gone under that promotion’s terms, so ask the live chat what was voided and keep their reply. Next time, turn autoplay off and set the stake below the cap before you start.

Cause five: the account is on hold

Problem

Nothing is withdrawable although the target is done and the games counted.

Fix

Holds follow identity or payment mismatches: a name that differs from your wallet, details that need a check, or signs that a second profile touches the same device or wallet. Read why multiple accounts trigger holds and bans, confirm the name on your wallet or bank account matches your profile, and ask the live chat for the reason.

  1. Compare your profile name with your wallet or bank account name.
  2. Close any second profile you control and tell the chat which one you keep.
  3. Ask for the hold’s reason and the documents it needs.

Still not working?

Collect four things before you contact the live chat:

  1. A screenshot of the cashier.
  2. The promotion’s rules page.
  3. Your rough stake history.
  4. The reply you got last time.

Then ask them to state your total, locked and withdrawable amounts, and the remaining turnover, in writing.

If the written figures differ from your sum, send both and ask which rule produced the gap. Keep every reply in one place, because a dated message is the evidence you will need.

FAQ

Why is my withdrawable balance lower than my total balance?

Because part of the total is still locked. The usual cause is a promotion whose turnover target is not finished, and the cashier only lists what is free to take out now.

How do I free the locked part of my balance?

Finish the turnover target in the promotion's rules, or let the promotion end under its own rules. Check the remaining figure in the cashier and use only games that count.

Will the locked part ever become withdrawable?

It does once the condition holding it is met, unless a payout cap in the rules trims it or a rule breach voids it. The promotion's rules page says which applies.

Hindi ko makuha ang buong balance ko, normal ba ito?

Yes, it is common while a promotion is running. Open the cashier, read the withdrawable line, and ask the live chat to explain the rest in writing.
