JILICC Evolution Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

The subject of this page is Evolution the studio, and not any operator that carries it. The material below comes from the company’s own sources and from public regulator records.

Who Evolution is

A catalogue size is not published. Nowhere does the studio give a title count.

Evolution in the Philippine market

Its Cebu studio, opened in 2025 with the local partner One Visaya Gaming, was the first Asian live-casino studio it had. OVG lost its own PAGCOR B2C licence through revocation in August 2025, while the Cebu studio continues to stream to operators under a separate B2B licence. There is a PAGCOR EGLD approved live-dealer list for Evolution too.

Licences the studio holds

Evolution is recorded as holding the following: Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, Approximately twenty further jurisdictions. A studio licence differs from an operator licence: it applies to the company producing the games and not to the casino offering them, and a player’s recourse goes through the operator’s regulator, not the studio’s.

• Malta Gaming Authority — Evolution Gaming Malta Limited operates under the licence MGA/CRP/187/2010. The MGA’s verification portal is where this is confirmed: a B2B Critical Supply Licence in the casino vertical, status Licensed.
• UK Gambling Commission — Gambling software (since October 2015) and game host (casino) (since August 2021) are the two active remote licences on account 41655. Anti-money-laundering failings that allowed unlicensed sites to offer Evolution games to UK players were reviewed, and a July 2026 regulatory settlement of £4.75m resulted. It is recorded here because it appears on the regulator’s own public register — the settlement was a public statement and not a suspension, and the licence remains active.
• Approximately twenty further jurisdictions — Evolution’s own compliance page also covers licences from several US states and Canadian provinces, among others, alongside Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Gibraltar, Greece, the Isle of Man, Latvia, Romania, Spain, Sweden, South Africa and Curacao.

Titles covered on this site

JILICC has no Evolution title guide. Evolution appears on JILICC for its licensing record rather than its catalogue.

Titles featured by Evolution itself on its own pages: Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly Live, Immersive Roulette. The studio is advertising its own catalogue there. It tells you nothing about which of them a casino carries, or which ones have pages here.

Whether Evolution publishes RTP

On its own game pages Evolution publishes a return-to-player figure, so an RTP quoted for any of its titles can be traced to the studio and not to an aggregator.

Evolution’s game-show titles are recorded as publishing RTP, their figures being reported consistently by third-party sources.

This matters more than it sounds. A return-to-player figure can only be trusted as far as its source, and a number passed between comparison sites with no primary source behind it proves nothing.
