JILICC Legit Check: Read the Record, Not the Badge
This site states no licence for JILICC.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| JILICC Jili CC | Jili CC with a space is a search spelling of the JILICC name. |
| JILICC Cash In | JILICC cash in runs through the deposit screen inside the Member Center: log in, open it, read the channel list and its limits, pay from a wallet or bank account in your own name, and keep the reference number. |
| JILICC Login Page | Open www.jilicc.co, check the address bar, then type your Username and Password into the login box in the header and press Log In. |
| JILICC Com Address | JILICC com forwards you. |

| JILICC Link Check | A JILICC link can be any of nine addresses. |
| JILICC Login Password Problems | A JILICC login password usually fails for one of four reasons: it breaks the lobby's rule of at least 6 letters and numbers and at most 12 characters, five failed tries locked the account, the username is mistyped, or the password is forgotten. |
| JILICC Register Steps | To register at JILICC, open www.jilicc.co, press Register in the header, and fill in four fields: Username (5 to 16 letters and numbers), Password (at least 6 letters and numbers, up to 12 characters), Confirm Password and Mobile Number (up to 11 digits). |
| JILICC Referral Code in the Philippines | A JILICC referral code is not typed anywhere: the sign-up form has no referral-code box, and a referral travels inside the sign-up link the inviting member shares from the Invite Friends page. |
| JILICC Withdrawal Steps | A JILICC withdrawal follows the lobby's six lines: withdraw through GCash, open Withdrawal in the Member Center menu, move money to the main wallet, enter the amount and your bank details, then press Confirm. |
Is JILICC legit? This site does not answer that with a yes or a no: it states no licence for JILICC, and it does not repeat what any casino page says about itself. What it gives you is the check, so that any licence claim you meet can be tested against PAGCOR’s own published lists in a few minutes. For the brand itself, start from the JILICC casino brand overview page.
The method works for every casino address, which is the point. A claim on a casino page costs nothing to write, while an entry on a regulator’s list is something you can find, read and match.
Is JILICC legit? Start with the regulator’s own list
The question is better asked of a record than of a page. PAGCOR, the Philippine regulator, publishes lists of registered brands and domain names on its regulatory site, and the lists read on 2 October 2026 were headed “as of September 17, 2026”.
| List on pagcor.ph | What it holds |
|---|---|
| List of PAGCOR-Approved Registered Brand and Domain Names/URLs of Licensed Casinos | Registered brand and domain entries of licensed casinos |
| List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs | Accredited administrators with their registered brands and domains |
Both sit under Electronic Gaming Licensing at www.pagcor.ph/regulatory/cegs.php. For the wider PAGCOR picture, the PAGCOR gaming site register explained goes further.
How to look a domain up on PAGCOR’s lists
Run the same steps for any address, JILICC’s included.
- Copy the exact address from the casino’s address bar, for example the host and ending only.
- Open PAGCOR’s regulatory site and go to Electronic Gaming Licensing.
- Open the PDF list of registered brands and domain names, and use your viewer’s find function to search the host.
- Read the whole entry if you find one: the brand, the administrator and the domains it covers.
- Match the domain letter for letter. An entry for one domain covers that domain only.
- No entry for your address means no entry on that list for that address. Treat the claim as unproven and keep your money out.
PAGCOR also runs a Security Seals Online Verification System, linked from the same regulatory menu, for checking a seal you have seen on a site.
JILICC legit or not: the question to ask instead
Searching JILICC legit or not usually means one thing: can I trust the badge? The better question is whether a claim, any claim, matches a record you can read. The lobby makes statements about itself, and this site repeats none of them.
PAGCOR itself warned on 29 June 2026 about illegal offshore gaming sites that claim to be licensed or accredited, use the PAGCOR logo and display fabricated licence certificates. That is why steps 3 to 5 above come before any badge.
JILICC review: what you can check from the outside
A review that quotes the operator proves nothing, so this section lists only facts you can see for yourself on 2 October 2026.
| What you can check | What the lobby shows |
|---|---|
| The address it runs on | www.jilicc.co, with other addresses forwarding to it; see the JILICC link address table |
| Support channels | A live-chat window behind the headset icon, Telegram jilicc_cs, a Facebook page, Messenger, a YouTube channel @JiliCC and Instagram jlc.newsupdate |
| Withdrawal figures | The Payment Methods page prints “The minimum value is ₱100 and the maximum value is ₱ 50000” |
| Terms and FAQ | Readable from the footer before you register |
The withdrawal line is that page’s own statement. Your Member Center shows the limit for your own level, so read it there before you plan around any figure. The lobby’s About Us says support is open “24 hours a day, 365 days a year”; test that yourself through the channels above, or see the JILICC customer service channels.
Red flags on any casino address
These apply to every casino address, not to one brand. If you meet one, stop before you pay or share anything.
- A look-alike address. The name is right but the ending, spelling or an extra word is not. Compare against the address you meant to type.
- A badge with no register entry behind it. A seal or logo that you cannot match to a PAGCOR list entry for that domain.
- A release fee. You are told to pay a charge before a withdrawal is released.
- Support that only exists on a personal chat account. Compare the channels a site gives with those on the site itself.
- A request for your OTP. A one-time code is yours alone and nobody legitimate needs it read back.
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| A page claims a licence and shows a certificate image | Look the domain up on PAGCOR’s list instead of trusting the image |
| A message asks you to pay to release winnings | Stop paying and talk to the site’s support channel you found yourself |
Check the address with the steps above, read the terms and FAQ before you sign up, and keep play to 21 and over.
FAQ
Is JILICC legit?
This site states no licence for JILICC and gives no verdict. It shows how to check any licence claim, including one you read on a casino page, against PAGCOR's own published lists.
Where do I check a casino domain in the Philippines?
On PAGCOR's regulatory site, under Electronic Gaming Licensing. It carries PDF lists of registered brands and domain names, and the lists read on 2 October 2026 were dated 17 September 2026.
Does a PAGCOR logo on a casino page prove anything?
No. PAGCOR warned on 29 June 2026 that illegal offshore gaming sites use its logo and show fabricated licence certificates. The register entry matters, not the badge.
Pwede ba akong magbayad ng release fee para ma-withdraw ang panalo ko?
Huwag. A fee demanded before a withdrawal is released is a red flag at any casino. Stop and read the red flags section on this page.
