JILICC Turnover: The Amount You Stake Before a Balance Can Leave

Turnover is the total amount you have staked, not what you won or lost.

Turnover is the total amount you have staked while a promotion is running, and it is the number that decides whether the cashier lets a balance leave. It is a count of stakes, not of wins: win or lose, every round you play adds its stake to the total. Once that total reaches the target in the promotion’s rules, the locked part of your balance is released for withdrawal.

This page explains what turnover counts, how the target is set, what stops a stake from counting, and where to read your own figures at JILICC. Every number below is an example with made-up round figures, so you can see the mechanism. The real multiplier, game list and caps for any JILICC promotion are in that promotion’s own rules page and in the cashier in the lobby.

What turnover means in an online casino

Turnover is the sum of every stake placed. If you play 50 spins at 20 credits each, your turnover is 1,000 credits, whether you finished ahead, behind or level.

Three words get mixed up with it, so here is the split. A stake is one amount you put on one round, a wager is the act or the amount of that bet, and turnover is the running total of all of them. The page on wager meaning and how it differs from a stake sets the three side by side.

TermWhat it isExample (made-up)
StakeThe amount on one round20 credits on one spin
WagerA bet placed, or its amountOne 20 credit bet
TurnoverAll stakes added up50 spins at 20 = 1,000 credits
ProfitMoney ahead or behindEnded on 700, so 300 behind

How turnover decides when a balance can be withdrawn

A promotion that credits an amount to your account usually attaches a condition: stake a set multiple of something before the balance is released. The multiple is the turnover requirement. The thing it multiplies, and the multiple itself, are set by that promotion, not by this site and not by a general rule.

Say a promotion credits 1,000 and sets a 10x requirement on the credited amount. The target is 1,000 × 10 = 10,000 to stake. Until your stakes add up to 10,000, the system keeps the credited amount and what it earned locked.

  1. The promotion credits an amount and starts a counter at zero.
  2. Each stake that counts adds to the counter.
  3. When the counter reaches the target, the lock is lifted.
  4. The cashier then shows the released part as withdrawable, subject to any cap in the rules.

The word to look for in the rules is what the multiple applies to: the credited amount alone, the deposit alone, or both together. The same 10x gives very different targets on each. The step-by-step arithmetic is on how to compute turnover on your own balance.

How the JILICC lobby counts a valid bet

Not every round adds its full stake. The lobby’s FAQ, read on 2 October 2026, prints a Valid Bet Amount formula built from the bet and the win, and it gives these worked examples:

CaseRule the FAQ printsBetWinValid bet
Total lossWin is 0: the bet counts1000100
Small lossWin below bet: the higher of win, and bet minus win1003070
Small lossWin below bet: the higher of win, and bet minus win1009090
TieWin equals bet: nothing counts1001000
Small winWin between bet and double the bet: the higher of bet × 2 minus win, and win minus bet10013070
Win above doubleWin above bet × 2: the bet counts100210100

For turnover this means a tie adds nothing, and a small win or small loss can add less than the full stake. Which target your own promotion applies this to is on that promotion’s rules page.

What counts toward turnover and what does not

Not every stake moves the counter by its full size. A promotion’s rules can set a contribution for each class of game, and a stake only adds that share of itself.

Here is an example with invented percentages, so you can see the effect. Real percentages come from the promotion’s own rules.

Game class (example)Contribution (example)A 100 credit stake adds
Slots100%100
Table games10%10
A game the rules exclude0%0

On those example figures a 10,000 target needs 10,000 of slot stakes, but 100,000 of table stakes. That gap is why you read the list before choosing a game. The slot class in the JILICC lobby lists studios such as JILI, PP, FC and PG, and the promotion’s rules tell you which of them count.

Other stakes that often do not count, depending on the rules: both sides of a hedged bet on opposite outcomes, rounds voided by the game, and rounds played after the rules’ window closed.

Rules that can void the balance while you play

Two limits sit alongside the turnover target, and breaking either can cost you the lot. The first is a cap on the size of one stake while the target is running. What the maximum bet rule means is covered in the glossary, including the common way people trip it through autoplay.

The second is a ceiling on what can be paid out once the target is met. The maximum cashout meaning behind payout ceilings is worth reading before you play, because meeting the target does not remove it.

Say a promotion sets a 50 credit stake cap and a 5x ceiling on a 200 credit credited amount. A single 75 credit spin breaks the first rule. A balance that grows to 4,000 credits would pay out 5 × 200 = 1,000 under the second. Those figures are an example only, and both limits for a real JILICC promotion are on its rules page.

Why the locked part of your balance looks lower

Open the cashier while a target is running and the withdrawable figure is smaller than the total on the lobby header. The gap is the locked part, and it shrinks as your qualifying stakes build up. If the two figures stay far apart even after you believe you have finished, read why your withdrawable balance sits below the lobby total, which lists the usual causes with a fix for each.

  1. Open the promotion’s rules page and write down the multiple and what it applies to.
  2. Work out your target with that multiple.
  3. Check the balance and cashier screens for remaining turnover.
  4. If a figure is missing, ask the live chat to state it in writing.

Account rules that affect turnover

Turnover belongs to one account. Stakes made on a second account do not add to the first, and holding more than one account is a breach that casinos use to void balances. The explanation of why multiple accounts get banned and how duplicates are detected covers the signals operators look at, and it is worth reading before you register a second profile on a shared phone or wallet.

A member level is a separate system again. A casino VIP level is usually earned from turnover over a period, but it does not shorten a promotion’s target. How a VIP casino ladder is built explains how to read the thresholds before you stake toward one.

SystemWhat it tracks (example)Does it shorten a promotion target?
Promotion turnoverStakes since the credit, such as 10,000It is the target
Member levelStakes over a period, such as a monthNo
Second accountNothing added to the first accountNo, and it risks the balance

From finished target to money in your wallet

Meeting the target releases the balance, and you then request a withdrawal through the cashier like any other. The names, details and checks the lobby asks for are laid out in the withdrawal steps the JILICC lobby prints. The lobby’s withdrawal page names GCash and local bank as ways out, and the wallet’s own limits and fees are on the GCash and bank transfer pages of this site.

Before you request, check three things in this order:

  1. The cashier lists the amount as withdrawable.
  2. Any maximum cashout in the promotion’s rules has been applied.
  3. The account holder name on your wallet or bank account matches the name on the JILICC profile.

A request that passes all three is a normal withdrawal. A request that fails the first is the turnover lock doing its job, and the fix is more qualifying stakes, not a second request.

FAQ

What is turnover in an online casino?

Turnover is the running total of every stake you place, added up spin by spin and round by round. A win does not reduce it and a loss does not add extra, so a 100 credit stake that loses and a 100 credit stake that wins both add 100 to your turnover.

Is turnover the same as profit?

No. Turnover counts what you staked, profit counts what you are ahead or behind. You can finish a promotion's turnover target with less money than you started with, and that is normal.

Where do I find the turnover I still need?

Read the rules page of the promotion you took, then check the cashier or balance screen in the JILICC lobby. If a figure is not shown there, ask the live chat to state your remaining turnover in writing before you stake more.

Does every game count the same toward turnover?

Not always. A promotion's rules can list games that count in full, count in part or do not count at all. Read that list before you pick a game, because staking on a game that counts for nothing moves you no closer to a withdrawal.

Can I withdraw before the turnover is finished?

The locked part of the balance cannot be withdrawn, and asking for it can cancel the promotion and its winnings under many sets of rules. Only the part the cashier lists as withdrawable can be requested, so read that line first.

Ano ang mangyayari kung lumampas ako sa max bet habang may turnover pa?

Many promotions treat one stake above the stated cap as a breach and void the credited amount and its winnings. Check the promotion's own cap before you change your stake, and keep autoplay off while a target is running.
